Refuse is garbage and waste generated inside the home. NO CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. Residents will provide their own trash containers. Each container shall have a maximum capacity of 45 gallons or less. Weight limit for ALL containers is FORTY (40) POUNDS. Per pick up day, Contractor will collect up to SIX (6) containers of properly bagged residential household waste, not weighing more than FORTY (40) POUNDS each. ALL TRASH INSIDE CONTAINERS MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED. CONTRACTOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-BAGGED OR LOOSE GARBAGE INSIDE CONTAINERS.
Yard Waste: Per pick up day, Contractor will collect up to SIX (6) bags or bundles of yard waste. If Resident desires to dispose of more than SIX (6) bags or bundles of yard waste per pick up day, Resident may contact Contractor to pick up remaining bags for an additional Fee. Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings and vegetative matter. Yard waste must be placed in sturdy plastic bags. Each bag must not weigh more than FORTY (40) pounds. All branches and tree trimmings are restricted to maximum diameter of THREE (3) inches per branch, must not exceed FOUR (4) feet in length and must be securely tied in bundles not weighing more than FORTY (40) pounds per bundle.
General Bulk Collections:
General Bulk Collections : Service provided at the CURB once a week on a scheduled day, and shall include ONLY general bulk items such as: average sized tables, chairs, picture frames, and children’s toys, and small appliances (microwaves, computers, monitors, coffee makers, etc.) – LIMIT OF ONE (1) ITEM PER PICK UP DAY AND WEIGHT LIMIT OF FORTY (40) POUNDS.
Large Bulk Items:
Special And Large Bulk Collections : RESIDENT MUST CALL DISPATCH FOR COST ASSESSMENT AND TO SCHEDULE PICK UP of special and large bulk items such as: mattresses, bed frames, carpet rolls, recliners, couches, large tables, water heaters, TVs, and appliances (refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, dishwashers, etc.).
Recyclable Items: Metal cans steel, tin and aluminum soda, vegetable, fruit, & tuna cans. Plastic Bottles & Containers #1,2,3,4,5, & 7. Paper brown paper bags, non-confidential office paper, newspaper, phone books and magazines. Cardboard & paperboard Flattened cereal, gift boxes and pizza boxes. All recycling outside of the Cart must be bagged! DO NOT INCLUDE: Food waste, plastic grocery bags, or polystyrene foam cups and containers Things you can do to ensure quality material is recycled: Paper and cardboard must be dry and free of food debris. Paper food containers must be rinsed out, no caps tissues, paper towels or other paper that has been in contact with food is not acceptable. Make sure food contamination and caps are removed from cans and plastics and all containers are empty and clean. Separate plastic lids from plastic bottles (often made from different materials)

It is illegal for us to transport hazardous waste of any type for disposal in a landfill.
RESIDENT MUST CALL DISPATCH FOR COST ASSESSMENT AND TO SCHEDULE PICK UP of hazardous materials such as: tires, automotive oil/lubricants and batteries, lead-based paint, raw chemicals and acids, petroleum products, medical waste, Paint products, Automotive Products, Garden Chemicals, Household cleaners, Household and vehicle batteries, fluorescent tubes/CFL, Consumer electronics, Sharp needles and lancets, Appliances (microwaves, computers, monitors, etc....) Dead Animals, Concrete,
fencing, Any construction type material or debris - includes any type paint , toxic or radioactive waste.
